Shipping

Bags ship anywhere in the United States. Shipping is a flat $9.50 and free over $75. Most of the Midwest is one to two days from Grand Rapids and the coasts are three to four.

We hold orders back rather than post them into extreme heat or a hard freeze. If we hold yours you will get an email saying so, with a rough date for when it will go instead.

The research line ships under separate rules. It is sold to buyers 21 or older only, and it is not shipped to California, Idaho, Georgia or Florida. Orders to those states are refused and refunded in full.

Live arrival and returns

Every bag is checked on the bench before it is boxed and leaves here fully colonised. If yours arrives damaged, dried out or contaminated, send one photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it. There is no form and no argument.

Green, black or wet grey patches, or a sour smell, are contamination and are covered. Ordinary white fuzz is mycelium doing its job and is not a fault.

Because these are living things, we cannot take a bag back once it has been delivered in good condition. What we can do is help you work out what happened, so email us before you give up on it.

The research line is not returnable once shipped, as it cannot be resold.

Everything sold on this site is sold by Telly Monster Myco of Grand Rapids, Michigan. Placing an order means you accept the terms on this page.

Everything in the bag range is legal to cultivate and to eat in all fifty states. Nothing in the bag range is a controlled substance.

The research line is sold strictly for legal microscopy, taxonomy, identification, research and educational purposes. It is not sold for cultivation, production or consumption. You must be 21 or older to buy it, and you are responsible for knowing the law where you live.

Nothing on this site is medical advice. Everything here is sold as food, and we make no claim that any of it treats, cures or prevents anything.

Prices and availability can change without notice. Where a listed price is obviously wrong we will contact you before charging anything.

Privacy

We collect what is needed to get a box to you and to answer your email: your name, your address, your email address, and what you ordered.

We do not sell or rent that to anybody, and we do not share it beyond the carrier who has to deliver the parcel.

Orders are currently taken by email, so the record of your order lives in our mailbox. Ask us to delete it once your order has landed and we will.

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies.
